Last updated: August 23, 2026
Cronic Development LLC, dba Cronic Dev ("Cronic Dev," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through cronic.dev (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as when you submit a contact form, take a fit check, or otherwise reach out to us. This may include your name, email address, company name, budget range, and any details you share about your project or technology needs.
We may also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the Site, such as your browser type, device information, and pages visited, through analytics tools. This information does not identify you personally.
How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations
- Evaluate whether our services are a good fit for your situation
- Send you information you've requested, such as a proposal
- Improve the Site and our services
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and communicate with you, such as email delivery and hosting providers. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cronic Dev or others.
Our Contact and Fit Check forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis; this is subject to Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. You can request that we delete your information at any time (see "Your Choices" below).
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate. These tools may collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. This data is processed by the analytics provider under its own privacy policy; for Google Analytics, that's Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Where required by law, we will provide a way to accept or decline non-essential cookies before they're set. You can also block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
If you accept cookies, we also use Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool, to record anonymized session activity such as mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling, to understand how visitors use the Site and identify points of confusion. This data is stored on our own infrastructure, not shared with third parties, and is not linked to your name, email, or any other identifying information. Declining cookies prevents this from running.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by reaching out through our Contact page. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not currently use analytics or other tools in a way that constitutes a "sale" or "share" of your information under California law. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide a way to opt out.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
International Visitors
The Site is operated in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
